In this key role, you will be the central point of contact for a range of soft services, ensuring that operations run smoothly and our client’s expectations are not just met – but exceeded. Main Responsibilities
- Provide daily coordination and support for AV and meeting room setups.
- Act as the main floor steward for all soft service requests and first-line queries.
- Liaise with service partners, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Conduct regular floor walks, reporting faults or hazards and escalating where necessary.
- Support in maintaining consistent presentation standards across floors and communal areas.
- Deliver first-class customer service, representing Sodexo in a professional and proactive manner.
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in AV support and front-of-house or facilities roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems and workplace technology.
- A responsible team player who takes initiative and manages their time well.
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering service excellence every day.
