As a Retail Assistant at Unilever Kingston, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, clean and safe environment for colleagues and visitors. You’ll deliver a high standard of customer service while supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the site. What you’ll do:
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the site
- Demonstrate ownership of issues and communicate solutions promptly
- Support a safe and pleasant environment for all building users and visitors
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
- Follow all Health & Safety and environmental procedures
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service delivery standards are met
