Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie at Sodexo based at Sunlight House, Unilever Campus in Kingston upon Thames, you’ll bring your passion for food to a professional workplace environment where quality, consistency and great service matter.
You’ll play an important part in the day-to-day kitchen operation, preparing and presenting high-quality food while ensuring our food safety, allergen and kitchen compliance standards are consistently maintained. You’ll work closely with the wider catering team to deliver an excellent experience for our customers.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare, cook and present dishes in line with agreed recipes and standards.
- Support the delivery of hospitality and daily food service requirements.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and portion control.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, allergen and kitchen compliance procedures.
- Ensure ingredients are stored correctly and stock is rotated effectively.
- Support stock management and help minimise food waste.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment.
- Work collaboratively with the wider catering team to deliver a smooth and professional service.
What you bring:
- NVQ Level 2 in Catering or equivalent is essential.
- Previous experience working within a professional kitchen environment.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, recipes and kitchen operations.
- Strong understanding of allergen awareness and food safety.
- Experience of stock rotation and maintaining kitchen compliance.
- A reliable and organised approach to your work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- IT skills and further catering qualifications would be desirable.

- £16.24 per hour
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00am to 3:00pm
- Permanent, full-time contract
