Location: Unilever Four Acres, Four Acres, George Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, KT2 7PD
Salary: £16.15 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent – Full Time
Working pattern: Monday to Friday – 13:30–22:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00–17:30 Friday, with flexibility to meet business requirements

Job Introduction

As a Catering Supervisor at Sodexo at Unilever Four Acres, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional dining and hospitality experience for directors, senior leaders and VIP guests.

You’ll oversee the daily operation of the Directors’ Dining Room, ensuring consistently high standards of service, presentation and professionalism. Working closely with the kitchen team, you’ll help create a seamless and welcoming dining experience while maintaining the discretion and confidentiality expected within an executive environment.

What you’ll do

• Oversee the daily operation and front-of-house service within the Directors’ Dining Room.
• Deliver exceptional food service and hospitality standards for directors, senior leadership and VIP guests.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Maintain excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness and professionalism.
• Support and supervise the catering team during service.
• Respond professionally to guest requirements and changing business needs.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality within the executive dining environment.
• Ensure all relevant food safety, health and safety, and company procedures are followed.

What you bring

• Previous experience within catering, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Supervisory experience and the ability to support and motivate a team.
• A professional and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work calmly and effectively in a high-standard hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to meet changing business requirements.
• Relevant catering or hospitality qualifications.
• Hospitality experience is desirable.
