We are looking for a Head of Asset Management to join Sodexo and lead the development of a forward‑thinking Asset Management service that delivers measurable value and innovation for our clients. This role will shape new service lines, products and methodologies while working closely with Contract teams to ensure delivery aligns with Asset Management principles and strengthens Sodexo’s position as a trusted, market‑leading partner.
Responsibilities
- Proactive assurance of the delivery of Asset Management services across subsegment contracts ensuring process and controls are deployed and maintained to protect contract obligations.
- Working with Contract Directors and Contract Asset resource conduct service reviews assessing risks and opportunities to agree timelines and frequencies.
- Identifying opportunities with existing clients to add further value, extend the scope of services and create growth within existing accounts.
- Build relationships with new clients and internal stakeholders to identify and pursue opportunities to deliver Asset Management services.
- Develop Asset Management service lines and products to provide enhanced internal and external selling opportunities.
- Develop and deploy Asset Management tools and methodologies through the Communities of Practice to deliver a consistent, efficient, innovative and market leading Asset Management service.
- Develop and support processes and relationships across Region including central platform function for Technical Services.
- Working with the Commercial Operations Director to manage Asset Management capability and capacity to meet the service demands, leveraging the full capability across Agencies, and its contracts.
- Managing the delivery of assignments through scope definition, costed proposals, resourcing, project delivery and financial close out.
- Ensuring the production and delivery of high‑quality deliverables, following quality and risk management processes.
- Proactively following market trends and opportunities to ensure Asset Management services are aligned to client’s needs and best practice.
The Ideal Candidate
Required
- Recognised qualification in asset management.
- Demonstrable experience in creating value from Asset Management.
- Significant experience in development of high performing teams.
- Accredited degree in an Engineering/Technical subject.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within a complex and mature Asset Management environment.
- Change management in business process driven culture change.
- Developing and managing relationships to ensure desirable outcomes.
- Ability to work across functions and with client and suppliers to achieve outcomes.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Desirable
- Understanding of Facilities Management.
- Membership IAM.
