We are now looking for a talented and highly skilled Head Chef – Hospitality to join our culinary leadership team at the iconic Fulham Pier development. Working closely with the Head of Culinary, this is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality chef to play a key role across multiple premium dining concepts and high‑profile events, delivering exceptional food standards across one of London’s most dynamic hospitality destinations.

As Head Chef – Hospitality, you will provide operational culinary leadership and support across a variety of premium hospitality outlets. You’ll work collaboratively with hospitality Head Chefs to ensure exceptional consistency, innovation and service standards across all food offerings, while also supporting menu launches, special events, seasonal activations and senior chef cover where required. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to a chef who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑quality hospitality environments and is passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional food.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional food quality and consistency across hospitality and fine dining operations
  • Support hospitality kitchens across Fulham Pier, including matchday and event operations
  • Develop innovative seasonal menus using high‑quality local produce
  • Collaborate with Head Chefs and culinary leadership teams on menu development and service delivery
  • Lead, mentor and support chef teams across multiple hospitality outlets
  • Ensure all food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards are consistently achieved
  • Support operational cover across lunch, dinner and weekend services where required
  • Assist in driving food margin performance, waste reduction and sustainable kitchen practices

What You Bring:

Essential:

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef within fine dining or premium hospitality environments
  • Strong background working within high‑volume, high‑quality kitchens
  • Exceptional culinary knowledge and understanding of current hospitality food trends
  • Strong leadership, mentoring and people development skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management capability
  • Experience delivering premium guest experiences within fast‑paced service environments

Desirable:

  • Michelin or Rosette-level experience
  • Experience supporting multiple hospitality concepts or venues
  • Culinary qualifications and industry recognition
  • Experience working within premium events, stadium or destination hospitality
