This role is primarily Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work:
- One late shift each week (12:00pm – 9:00pm)
- One Saturday per month on a rotational basis

We are looking for a Hard FM Supervisor to join our team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities or hard services professional to lead onsite technical operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality maintenance services. You will support the management of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance activities, contractor performance, and small project works, while supervising the onsite technical team and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the onsite Technical Services team.
- Ensure planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors, including Permit to Work, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
- Monitor and drive performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Support compliance with all health, safety, environmental, statutory, and contractual requirements.
- Build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
- Support the delivery of small projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Contribute to cost-saving, energy efficiency, and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience working within a Facilities Management hard services environment.
- A mechanical or HVAC technical qualification (essential).
- Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, compliance, and contractor management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience using CAFM systems such as Maximo, along with Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Qualifications
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
