What you'll do:
- Deliver a professional and welcoming 5-star customer service experience to all building users and visitors.
- Act as the first point of contact in a receptionist role for facilities support, resolving queries efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure meeting rooms are fully operational, correctly prepared, and maintained to a high standard.
- Support the Guest services team and conduct regular floor walks (when required) to monitor service delivery and maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.
- Monitor and replenish stationery hubs, vending areas, and consumables within allocated spaces.
- Provide hospitality support and clear-down services in line with hygiene and legislative standards.
- Assist with onboarding and induction support for new building users.
- Provide access to new employees via a card access system.
- Report faults, maintenance issues, and service concerns promptly to the relevant teams.
- Promote site rules and support customers in following building procedures and safety requirements.
- Build positive working relationships with customers, contractors, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide flexible support across facilities services, including occasional cleaning duties when required.
