Sodexo Group in Grays RM20 4AL is seeking a Waste Operative to join our team on a full-time basis. You will collect and segregate waste, move cardboard pallets to designated areas, and ensure correct baling, packaging and storage in line with applicable regulations.
The role runs 37.5 hours per week, 11:00am–7:00pm, with a 1 in 3 weekend pattern. A current FLT licence and solid HSE knowledge are essential, alongside strong communication and teamwork skills.
