We’re looking for experienced and proactive Mobile Maintenance Engineers to join our team, supporting a portfolio of prestigious client sites across Scotland, with occasional travel into Northern England. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a mobile environment. You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, solve problems on the ground, and deliver high standards of service every day, with the support of a business that invests in your development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering planned, reactive, and proactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and building fabric assets.
  • Carrying out fault finding, diagnostics, repairs, and minor works.
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.
  • Working closely with clients, colleagues, subcontractors, and the Command Centre.
  • Responding to emergency callouts as part of a rota.
  • Completing accurate documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for

We’re keen to hear from engineers who bring:

  • Strong experience in electrical maintenance, including fault finding and minor works.
  • Exposure to mechanical and fabric maintenance in commercial environments.
  • Confidence working independently across multiple sites.
  • A strong understanding of safe systems of work and compliance.
  • Good IT skills and a full UK driving licence.
Essential qualifications
  • City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
  • 18th Edition (BS 7671).
Desirable
  • Inspection & Testing (2394/2395).
  • Building Services NVQ.
  • JIB accreditation.
  • IPAF or PASMA.
