The predicted salary is between 22 - 27 £ per hour.

Location: Kilmalid, Strathclyde & Blythswood

Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week

Working Pattern:

  • Monday to Thursday: hours between 7:30am to 7:00pm
  • Friday: hours between 7:30 to 3:00pm

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour + Sodexo employee benefits package

This role requires a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle. All travel expenses will be reimbursed.

About the Role

Sodexo is recruiting a Mobile Cleaner to support cleaning services across multiple sites. This role requires flexibility to work between three locations to provide cover, support operational needs, and maintain consistent cleaning standards. The position involves carrying out general and site-specific cleaning tasks in line with schedules, safety requirements, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cleaning support across three sites as required.
  • Carry out general, office, and operational cleaning tasks in accordance with site schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across all assigned areas.
  • Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and correctly.
  • Follow health & safety, COSHH, and sanitation procedures at all times.
  • Respond to short-notice cover or reactive cleaning requirements when needed.
  • Report hazards, defects, or issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Work independently or as part of a wider cleaning team.

  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexibly across multiple sites.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to standards.
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach.
  • Willingness and ability to travel between sites as part of the role.
