In this role, you will support the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services across site, carrying out general cleaning duties while working closely with colleagues across the Facilities team. What you’ll do:
- Carry out general housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring all areas on the cleaning schedule meet required SLA standards.
- Support the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services while maintaining awareness of site safety, security, and protection of assets.
- Provide a polite, friendly, and professional service to customers and colleagues, reporting any complaints, compliments, or incidents promptly.
- Participate in training and team meetings and comply with all company policies, procedures, and site regulations.
- Assist other areas of the contract or nearby sites when required and complete any reasonable tasks requested by management.
