Relocation assistance available! Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking a General Manager 6 for Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, MA. This role oversees a well-established, evolving dining program, continuing a 30+ year partnership with the university. We're looking for a leader who can drive innovation, engagement, and satisfaction through a restaurant-quality, food-forward approach to dining.
This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with employees, students, and university leadership. Located on a 270-acre campus just 30 minutes from Boston and Providence, Bridgewater State University (BSU) offers 90+ areas of study and fosters a dynamic academic environment. What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day dining operations to ensure excellence.
- Deliver high-quality food service that enhances the student experience.
- Drive financial performance, meeting company and client targets.
- Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to elevate campus dining.
- Foster a positive team environment with strong leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo and client standards.
