Position: Multi-Skilled Operative – Catering, Cleaning & More
Location: Sella Ness Lodge, Shetland
Pay: £13.19 per hour
Hours: 73.5 per week (3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation)
Retention Bonus: Up to £1,000 paid quarterly

What You’ll Do:

Support multiple departments—catering, cleaning, and general operations

Learn on the job and develop a wide variety of practical skills

Work closely with diverse teams to ensure the smooth running of lodge operations

Contribute to ongoing improvements and deliver excellent service every step of the way

No previous experience required – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn

The ability to quickly pick up new skills and apply them on the go
