What you’ll do:
- Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed on time and to a high standard, while motivating your team to do the same .
- Oversee cleanliness and hygiene standards in all front-of-house areas.
- Collaborate with catering management and chefs to maintain smooth communication and team alignment.
- Promote and enforce health and safety practices—be proactive about spotting and reporting potential hazards to keep everyone safe .
- Conduct regular safety walks to identify and address any risks.
- Conduct weekly team huddles with the team.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to your team, ensuring they feel confident and valued in their roles.
What you bring:
- Experience in a similar role, with knowledge of catering operations and some supervisory or team leadership experience .
- Experience in hospitality (hotel, bar, or restaurant) is a plus.
