Job Description:
As a Front of House Supervisor at Sodexo at JRDC Waterloo Lines – Warminster, you’ll play a key leadership role at the heart of our bar and food outlets. You’ll lead a front-of-house team to deliver smooth, efficient service while creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

What you’ll do:
- Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed on time and to a high standard, inspiring your team to perform at their best.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards across all front-of-house areas.
- Work closely with catering management and chefs to ensure strong communication and a joined-up team approach.
- Promote and uphold health and safety standards, proactively identifying and reporting hazards to keep everyone safe.
- Carry out regular safety walks, taking action to reduce risk and improve standards.
- Lead and deliver weekly team huddles, keeping everyone informed, engaged, and motivated.
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to help your team feel confident, supported, and valued.
What you bring:
- Experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of catering operations and supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience within hospitality (hotel, bar, or restaurant environments) is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to motivate, guide, and lead a team effectively.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing demands.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to communicate professionally with senior management.
