We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front of House Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality food service operations and ensure an excellent customer experience across all catering areas.

The Role

The Front of House Assistant will play a key role in delivering a consistent, high-standard catering service. This includes supporting the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages, while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment in line with company and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a professional and efficient front of house service, ensuring a high standard of customer care at all times.
  • Support the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages in line with Sodexo standards.
  • Serve customers during service periods, including operating tills and handling transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all front of house areas, including counters, dining spaces, and equipment in line with cleaning schedules.
  • Ensure food is displayed and served in a clean, safe, and compliant manner.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels across service areas to meet operational demand.
  • Assist with deliveries, including checking goods and recording temperatures in line with food safety requirements.
  • Record and report customer feedback, incidents, or any irregularities to management promptly.
  • Support special events and functions as required, and provide cover across different service areas when needed.
  • Comply with all company and statutory regulations, including health.
