Food Service Assistant / Barista
As a Food Service Assistant / Barista at Sodexo based at Sunlight House, Unilever Campus in Kingston upon Thames, you’ll be part of a friendly team delivering excellent food, drink and customer service in a professional workplace environment.
You’ll use your barista experience to prepare high-quality hot and cold drinks while creating a welcoming experience for customers.
You’ll also support the wider food service operation, ensuring excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness, allergen awareness and stock rotation are maintained throughout your shift.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other hot and cold beverages.
- Deliver friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
- Support food service and front-of-house duties as required.
- Maintain excellent presentation and cleanliness standards across the service area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures at all times.
- Ensure stock is stored correctly and rotated effectively.
- Replenish products and service areas throughout the day.
- Support the wider catering team to deliver a smooth and welcoming service.
- Follow all site health, safety and compliance requirements.
What you bring
- Previous barista experience is essential.
- Barista training would be desirable.
