Facilities Operative
As a Facilities Operative with Sodexo at Johnson & Johnson, Depuy Synthes, Cornford Road, Blackpool, FY4 4QQ, you will play an important part in keeping the workplace clean, safe and welcoming.
You will carry out routine cleaning duties to a high standard, helping to create a pleasant environment for everyone on site. You'll be part of a supportive team where your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining excellent standards will make a real difference.
What you'll do:
- Carry out routine cleaning tasks across designated areas of the site.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Clean floors, surfaces, communal areas and facilities as required.
- Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies when needed.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow all health, safety and site procedures.
- Report any maintenance, safety or cleaning issues to your supervisor.
- Work as part of the wider facilities team to provide a professional service.
What you bring:
- A reliable and positive approach to work.
- Good attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An understanding of the importance of health, safety and hygiene.
- Previous cleaning experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Monday to Thursday
14:30 to 18:30
