Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends depending on business requirements. Shifts will consist of 8 hours between 07:00 and 18:30, with occasional evening work depending on business needs.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly professional, personable and customer-focused Executive Steward to join the hospitality team at the Shell London Campus.
The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering a premium, five-star hospitality experience to Shell executives, board members, employees and visitors. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of hospitality services across the executive floors, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, presentation, confidentiality, food safety and attention to detail.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in reception, front-of-house, hospitality, aviation or premium customer service environments, who takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver a professional, five-star hospitality service to Shell executives, employees and visitors.
- Manage the day-to-day hospitality service across the executive floors, including refreshments, breakfasts, lunches, meetings and executive dining.
- Welcome and assist executives, board members, Personal Assistants and external visitors.
- Liaise with Personal Assistants, Reception, Security and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Respond to hospitality requests and the executive inbox promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, food safety and hygiene.
- Monitor stock, complete stocktakes and place orders as required.
- Use Shell systems, including Condeco, BlueRunner and AV equipment, providing basic support where needed.
- Maintain security, confidentiality and accurate records, reports and due diligence documentation.
- Report maintenance, safety, security and service issues through the appropriate channels.
- Work effectively as part of the hospitality team, supporting a positive “one team” culture and identifying opportunities to improve service.
- Comply with all company, client and statutory requirements, including health and safety, food safety, fire safety and COSHH.

- A willingness to take initiative and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.

- Reception, Front of House or hospitality.
- Aviation or premium customer service.

- Blue-chip organisations or prestige service environments.
- Multi-skilled service teams.
- Roles requiring a strong focus on customer experience and service excellence.
Relevant training, qualifications and experience required to deliver services in accordance with legislative requirements, industry standards and best practice would be advantageous.
