Sodexo is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join the catering team at Toyota GB Head Office in Epsom. This role involves preparing high-quality food for employees on site, as well as catering for meetings, events, and corporate functions. The successful candidate will support the delivery of a consistent, professional food service within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food to a high standard for daily employee dining.
- Support catering for meetings, events, and corporate hospitality functions.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in line with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with menu development and continuous improvement where required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Contract catering experience preferred.
- Culinary or professional cookery qualifications – preferred.
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, structured environment.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a team.
