This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our operation, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while providing efficient and professional front-of-house services. Main Responsibilities- Deliver a welcoming and professional reception experience for all visitors, clients, and colleagues
- Manage the visitor management system and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative and IT support including meeting room booking systems, mailroom duties, and general workplace tasks
- Respond promptly to client and customer queries, ensuring a high level of service
- Liaise with contractors and building services teams as required
- Uphold all health, safety, and security procedures in line with site requirements
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo policies and procedures at all times
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- A proactive and professional approach to customer service
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Must be 18 or over and hold a valid UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK required
