We’re looking for a

Digital Performance and Experience Lead to bring the workplace services experience to life across seven of our prestigious clients locations in the UK .

Based in London and reporting to the Account Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting people with the services, experiences and initiatives available to them. You’ll combine digital communications, content management, campaign delivery, performance reporting and customer insight to create engaging experiences and drive continuous improvement.

This is a role for someone who can move confidently between creative and analytical work, whether you’re developing an engaging campaign, managing Share Point and app content, analysing performance trends or presenting insight to senior stakeholders.

You’ll work closely with catering, hospitality, facilities and specialist teams, as well as client stakeholders and central functions, to ensure communications are engaging, accurate, consistent and aligned with both Sodexo and our clients standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital communications and experience
  • Develop and manage the account communications plan and editorial calendar.
  • Create engaging newsletters, app content, service stories, campaigns, event communications and operational updates.
  • Adapt communications for different audiences and digital channels.
  • Build a consistent and compelling brand narrative across the account.
  • Bring new services, events, promotions and workplace initiatives to life through digital campaigns.
  • Identify and share great service stories, colleague achievements and customer experiences.
  • Coordinate photography, graphics, templates and other creative assets.
  • Measure communication and campaign engagement and use insight to continuously improve.

Share Point, the Everyday application and other agreed digital channels .

  • Coordinate with catering and specialist teams to ensure food, allergen, nutritional and product information is appropriately approved before publication.
  • Keep digital content accurate, current, engaging and well presented.
  • Maintain effective content structures, access controls and version management.
  • Monitor channel usage and user behaviour to identify opportunities to improve digital adoption.
  • Work with technical teams and platform providers to test improvements and resolve issues.
  • Performance reporting and insight
  • Coordinate the account reporting calendar, templates, data definitions and reporting inputs.
  • Consolidate information from multiple teams, systems and suppliers into accurate reports and presentations.
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies and trends, working with the relevant operational owners to resolve issues.
  • Combine performance data, customer feedback and digital engagement to produce clear, actionable insight.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports, scorecards and presentations.
  • Present performance and experience insight to client and Sodexo stakeholders.
  • Track improvement actions and elevate risks, dependencies and overdue actions where required.
  • Work with business intelligence teams to improve reporting and dashboard usability.
  • Workplace experience and continuous improvement
  • Gather customer feedback and digital engagement insight to understand the workplace experience.
  • Turn insight into practical improvement proposals and measurable actions.
  • Coordinate digital projects, pilots, campaigns and service launches.
  • Support the adoption of new services, tools and communication channels.
  • Share successful approaches and reusable content across all seven locations.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, service managers and specialist teams.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who combines excellent communication skills with strong digital, analytical and organisational capability .

You’ll ideally have

  • Proven experience in digital communications, content management, marketing, digital experience or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and editorial skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
  • Experience planning communications, campaigns, content calendars or engagement activity.
  • Hands-on experience managing content within Share Point, an app, website or similar digital platform.
  • Experience using tools such as

Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Photoshop or video editing software or equivalent tools.

  • Strong visual judgement and an understanding of brand consistency.
  • Experience bringing together information from multiple teams or systems and producing management or client reports.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the confidence to identify trends, challenge data quality and turn information into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Excellent project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly around approvals, version control, records and confidential information.
  • The ability to work independently and influence others without direct authority .
  • A commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.

Flexibility to travel to our clients UK locations as required.

  • It would be great if you also have
  • Experience in catering, hospitality, workplace food services or digital menu applications.
  • Experience in facilities management, corporate services or a national/multisite environment.
  • Knowledge of customer experience measurement, user research, digital adoption or campaign analytics.
  • Experience using Power BI, dashboards or business intelligence platforms.
  • A relevant qualification in communications, marketing, digital media, customer experience, data analysis, project management or facilities/workplace management.
