40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 6:00am and 9:00pm.

The Role

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the kitchen team with the daily preparation and production of fresh, high-quality food. You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, working closely with the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to ensure food is prepared to a consistently high standard. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment, helping to deliver fresh food efficiently while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and cook fresh food to a consistently high standard.
  • Support high-volume food production and service.
  • Set up and maintain your section ready for service.
  • Follow recipes, cooking methods and food production guidelines.
  • Maintain excellent HACCP, food hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Keep your section clean, organised and fully stocked.
  • Follow cleaning and sanitation schedules.
  • Maintain correct stock rotation and minimise food waste.
  • Communicate effectively with the wider kitchen team.
  • Follow site security and operational procedures.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie with daily kitchen operations.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as required by management.

What you'll bring:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Experience with fresh food preparation and high-volume cooking.
  • Holds a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • A good understanding of HACCP and food safety.
  • Works well under pressure and manages time effectively.
  • A reliable team player with good communication skills.
  • Takes pride in their work and maintains a professional appearance.
  • Is flexible, willing to learn and open to feedback.
  • Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for food.
