With customer service at the heart of what you do, you’ll be the first friendly face our visitors will see, and you’ll set the tone for each guest’s experience. You’ll bring our service to life by engaging with guests, creating a memorable pre-flight experience. You’ll play your part in getting the world moving again and bringing families together!
We maintain the highest of standards and, with your help, we’ll be ensuring that all our services are delivered with care, flair and of course, a winning smile! You must be able to provide 5 years working history and 5 years address. Sodexo reserves the right to close this advert early if we are in receipt of a high number of applications.
What you’ll do:
- Dress accordingly to the standards and guidelines advised and wear the supplied uniform garments at all times when on duty.
- Only use products and equipment supplied and specifically for the job.
- Ensure that all H&S & F&S documentation, for example cleaning schedules and temperature records, are signed off daily once all tasks have been completed.
- Comply with all legal and company procedures relating to food safety, health and safety and personal hygiene.
- Sign in and out when on shift to ensure hours worked are paid correctly. Follow the shift’s rota.
- Attend training sessions and staff/client meetings as requested.
- Assist management and undertake all reasonable requests.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in managing a team and a kitchen as well as orders and deliveries.
- Highly motivated.
- Attention to detail.
- Hotel experience / Fine dining experience.
- Able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
- Airport Lounge experience would be useful.
- Working in a shift pattern including weekends.
- Flexibility required accommodating shifts patterns that do require early and late shifts.
