As a Food Production Operative at Merville Barracks, Circular Road South, Colchester, Essex CO2 7UT in the Central Production Unit you will be providing food for the finishing kitchens. Responsibilities- Be responsible for preparing and portioning food in a large manufacturing environment with care and attention.
- Food preparation for baguettes, salads and protein pots.
- To maintain food production standards.
- Ensuring the areas you are working in are kept to a hygienic level of cleanliness.
- Maintain high levels of food hygiene standards.
