Sodexo is looking for a Cleaning Team Leader to join our welcoming team in Grays, Essex. This is a brilliant Monday to Friday opportunity where you’ll lead a small team, keep standards high, and help create a clean, safe space people can really feel good about. What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading the day-to-day cleaning operations across the site, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Making sure all cleaning tasks are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards
- Taking pride in maintaining excellent levels of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facilities
- Supporting, motivating, and guiding the cleaning team, stepping in with hands‑on support when needed
- Playing a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone on site
