Overview
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 07:00 to 15:30 (Breakfast and Lunch Service)
- On occasion flexibility may be required to meet business needs
- £32000 per annum
- Free Travel on bus/train/underground
- Free meal on shift
- Shut down for Christmas period (you will need to accrue leave for this, although there may be the possibility to work at different Sodexo sites over this period if you would prefer not to use leave)

As an Chef Manager at Sodexo in London, W3 8DZ, you’ll be managing the kitchen at our fabulous client site, including a team of 5 staff, ensuring a great breakfast and lunchtime experience is provided to service users. What you’ll do
- Supervision and Management of staff including but not limited to inducting, training, recruitment, ensuring HR records are kept up to date, organising Rota and staff appraisals
- Monitor Financial performance against targets
- Oversee and maintain high standards of foodproduction and food quality
- Ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety is maintained and compliant for the unit
- Monitor all areas during service periods to ensure that excellent levels of service are being delivered to customers
- Assist at service times by serving customers
- Complete cashing up after service for all tills
- Use of IT systems such as EProphit
What you bring
- Experience as a chef/working in a kitchen/food production environment and managing staff.
- Experience of administration within a kitchen management environment
- Closing accounts/month end reporting
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety
- Good Knowledge of Food safety
- Financial Awareness to meet business margins
- Computer literate
