Lighthouse Social is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Fulham Pier, one of London’s most exciting new riverside destinations. Set on the banks of the Thames, Lighthouse Social is a relaxed yet refined bar and kitchen, serving seasonal dishes, quality drinks and delivering a memorable guest experience in a vibrant riverside setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie who is passionate about fresh ingredients, consistent execution and being part of a growing food‑led venue.
As Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver high‑quality food across brunch, lunch and dinner service, while helping to maintain excellent kitchen standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
- Running and supporting your section during service
- Assisting with prep, stock rotation and daily kitchen organisation
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and allergen standards
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front of house teams
- Supporting menu delivery and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
About you:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step
- Passionate about great food, fresh produce and attention to detail
- Confident working in a busy, fast‑paced kitchen environment
- Reliable, organised and able to take ownership of your section
