Catering/Cleaning Assistant
Location: Diageo Maturation Sites – Alloa
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 20 guaranteed hours per week
Contract: Permanent, part time
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 6:00am and 9:00pm. Flexibility to cover additional shifts and work overtime is required.

Join Sodexo as a Catering/Cleaning Assistant at Diageo Maturation Sites. From supporting food service to keeping facilities clean and welcoming, you’ll play a practical part in looking after the people who use our services each day.
This varied role would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work and is comfortable moving between catering and cleaning duties.
What you’ll do
- Assist with food preparation and provide friendly customer service.
- Operate the till and support the smooth running of catering services.
- Wash dishes, utensils and catering equipment, keeping work areas clean and tidy.
- Refill vending machines and keep surrounding areas presentable.
- Clean offices, toilets, showers and other designated areas.
- Follow food hygiene, cleaning and site safety procedures.
- Support the team by covering additional shifts when required.
What you bring
- A flexible approach to duties, shift times and overtime.
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- A friendly, helpful manner with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A reliable approach to following instructions and safety procedures.
- A driving licence.
No specific qualifications are required. Appointment is subject to completion of the required C-Pat Diageo induction.
