Following on from our biggest season yet, we are looking to start the new upcoming season where we left off. What you'll do:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of catering kiosks or concession stands during matchdays and events.
  • Lead and supervise kiosk staff to ensure efficient, professional, and high-quality customer service.
  • Coordinate food and beverage service to maintain smooth operations during busy service periods.
  • Ensure kiosks are fully stocked, prepared, and operational before gates open and throughout events.
  • Monitor staff performance, allocate duties, and provide support where required during service.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure all till operations and payment procedures are followed correctly.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, health & safety, and licensing compliance.
  • Conduct stock checks and communicate replenishment requirements to catering management.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards across the kiosk operation.
  • Support queue management and customer flow to maximise service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Complete opening and closing procedures, including setup, reporting, cleaning, and securing kiosk areas.
  • Ensure all team members follow stadium policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a calm, organised, and professional approach in a fast-paced, high-pressure stadium environment.
  • Support the training and onboarding of casual kiosk and catering staff where required.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within catering, hospitality or events environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage casual staff in a fast-paced stadium setting.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, particularly during high-volume matchday service periods.
  • Confident decision-maker who can remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Good understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, allergen awareness, and licensing regulations.
  • Experience managing tills and basic financial procedures.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and large-scale events.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across multiple departments.
  • Detail-focused with high standards for service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to train, guide, and support casual staff to ensure consistent performance.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced stadium environment.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach with a strong work ethic.
