Job Introduction
We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Inflight Catering Supervisor to join our team and provide high-quality catering services in a busy airside environment.
You’ll support both front and back of house operations, helping to prepare and serve food, load aircraft catering equipment and supplies, and support safe and efficient airside operations. No two days will be the same, so this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare, assemble and serve catering items for flight service.
- Load and unload catering equipment and supplies onto aircraft.
- Support front and back of house catering operations.
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, presentation and service.
- Operate tills and process customer transactions accurately.
- Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ensure food is stored, handled and served at the correct temperatures.
- Monitor portion control, presentation, stock and waste levels.
- Replenish food service areas and keep them clean and free from spillages.
- Respond to food and beverage enquiries and special requests.
- Complete daily checklists and compliance documentation accurately.
- Operate vehicles on the airfield safely and efficiently.
- Marshal high-lift vehicles and support airside operations.
- Communicate effectively with military personnel, customers and colleagues.
- Follow all relevant company, food safety, health & safety and security procedures.
- Report accidents, near misses, equipment defects or other concerns to management.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including security requirements.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to catering operations.
- Attend team briefings, training and meetings as required.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as directed by management.
What you bring:
- A full UK driving licence – essential
- Friendly, reliable and customer-focused.

- Organised, efficient and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Committed to high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Confident communicating with colleagues, customers and military personnel.
