What you'll do:
- Help our teams maintain a welcoming environment, completing your list of daily cleaning tasks.
- Support with incoming tasks, providing a speedy and spotless service.
- Help us keep our teams safe through safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure the cleaning team always operates in a professional manner, portraying a positive working culture and work ethic.
- Motivate and lead all employees to perform their roles to a high standard and in alignment to Sodexo policies and procedures.
- Prioritise diverse workload and manage time efficiently and proactively.
- Maintain own client specific lab training.
- Manage and deliver client specific lab training and competencies for your team.
- Monitor and report all staff absence.
- Ensure all team members' training is kept up to date.
- Organise the H&S and QS documents by keeping them maintained and audit ready.
- Complete weekly stock takes and manage onsite stock levels.
