We are currently recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Cambridge. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will oversee the day‑to‑day cleaning operations across site, ensuring consistently high standards are delivered at all times while leading by example. As the direct line manager for all on‑site cleaning colleagues, you will be responsible for maintaining service excellence, upholding health and safety standards, and ensuring all activities align with Sodexo policies and values, promoting a professional and positive company image throughout.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver and maintain high standards of cleaning across site on a daily basis.
- Complete weekly building audits and ensure work orders are actioned within SLA.
- Provide hands‑on cleaning support where required to maintain service excellence.
- Ensure all team training is completed and up to date.
- Maintain full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and company policies, ensuring appropriate team cover at all times.
