Behind every successful match day and event is a dedicated team making it happen, and we're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Staffing Coordinator to join ours. Based at the iconic AMEX Stadium, home of Brighton & Hove Albion FC, you'll play a vital role in supporting the coordination of a workforce of around 900 casual employees, helping us deliver exceptional service across match days, concerts, conferences, and major events throughout the year. As part of a close-knit Staffing Team of four, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure our staffing operation runs smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for someone who is proactive, approachable, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. What You'll Do:

  • Coordinating staffing requirements for match days and events
  • Managing staff availability, shift allocations, and roster updates
  • Responding to staff queries via email and rostering systems
  • Providing excellent communication and support to our casual workforce
  • Assisting with recruitment activity, including recruitment and assessment days
  • Supporting onboarding and administrative processes for new starters
  • Maintaining accurate staffing records and employee data
  • Assisting with last-minute staffing adjustments during busy event periods
  • Providing general administrative support across the Staffing Department

What You Bring:

  • Strong written communication skills, consistent punctuality, and competent use of standard software systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using email, Microsoft Office applications, and administration systems
  • A positive, customer-focused approach
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure within a fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • A flexible approach to work, including availability for all match days and key events
  • Experience in administration, scheduling, recruitment coordination, or workforce planning (desirable but not essential)
