At Sodexo Live!, we deliver a wide range of events across the stadium and The Terrace, from private functions and exhibitions to public fan experiences. We need a creative, commercially minded professional to lead and manage these events, ensuring they run smoothly, are profitable, and reflect the club’s reputation.

What You'll Do

  • Create and deliver a dynamic programme of public events, exhibitions, ticketed experiences and private functions.
  • Coordinate food and beverage pre‑orders for special events and themed dining experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for a range of internal and fan‑focused events.
  • Collaborate closely with operational, marketing and leadership teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Produce event plans, function sheets, financial reports and performance updates.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure events achieve targeted profit margins.
  • Support venue sales activity through site visits, networking opportunities and client events.
  • Maintain accurate event management records using CRM systems and internal reporting tools.
  • Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve the guest experience.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in event coordination, venue sales, hospitality, conferences, exhibitions or event management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, revenue targets or event profitability.
  • Confidence presenting ideas, hosting clients and representing the venue professionally.
  • Experience using CRM systems and event management software would be advantageous.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends when required.
