Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations in line with Service Level Agreements and contractual standards
- Assist with preparing meals for patients, staff, and visitors
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene at all times
- Work alongside the chefs and support with administration duties
- Help manage and maintain acceptable stock levels and consumption
- Ensure all audits achieve a pass rating and required documentation is completed
- Support initiatives to increase and maintain revenue in the staff restaurant
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and staff
