We currently have an opportunity for Casual Catering Staff to join our amazing team at Blackburn Rovers Football Club. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays/events in retail or hospitality, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages including soft drinks & alcohol to guests.
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience.
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Being friendly yet professional.
- Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism.
- Good attention to detail and punctuality.
- Being proactive is key.
- Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting.
We have various casual catering positions. Hours will include evenings, weekends and matchdays. You will be expected to handle alcohol in these roles. Rate of pay: 16-17 £8.00, 18+ £12.71. Interviews will be held on the 7th July 18:00-20:00 and 22nd July 18:00-20:00. Roles include Floor Staff, Bar Staff, Retail, Kitchen.
