We currently have an opportunity for Chefs to join our amazing team at Blackburn Rovers Football Club. We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.
What you'll do:
- All products and food items are prepared and served as per pre‑agreed food specification.
- All food items for service are present, portion controlled as per Head & Executive Chefs instructions.
- Correct use of equipment/utilities are adhered to.
- To ensure and maintain the quality of food prep, production, and presentation within the venue.
- To ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen.
- Visual hazard check of kitchen.
- Correct PPE is worn throughout shift, full uniform blue trousers & tops, safety shoes must be worn at all times.
- Kitchen cleanse is to the standard of EHO requirements.
What you'll bring:
