We are seeking a proactive Compliance and Training Coordinator to join our team, dedicated to supporting key processes across health and safety, food safety, allergen management, and contract adherence. In this vital role, you will develop and maintain robust procedures, liaise with clients on audits, and deliver innovative training solutions to foster a culture of continuous improvement. What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate effectively with management, staff, and clients to uphold and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety Act 1990, Health and Safety Act 1974, along with Sodexo’s Safety Management System.
- Lead and support continuous improvement in food safety, quality assurance, and operational performance.
- Conduct and facilitate health and safety meetings, training sessions, and staff briefings on personnel practices, health and safety, and food safety.
- Maintain and review safety management systems including HACCP, COSHH, IOSH, electrical and gas equipment safety, fire safety, pest, and waste management.
- Support a culture of engaged employees through operational training, performance monitoring, and ongoing development.
- Demonstrate strong communication, confidentiality, and leadership skills to uphold Sodexo’s reputation and standards.

- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment.
- Strong administrative, computer, and numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional presentation.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a flexible role.
