Job Introduction
- Manage a team of Receptionists & Porters to deliver a specific standard of Guest experience
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Business Event Centre and Main Reception
- Complete monthly team rotas, deliver staff team briefings and training, as required
- Assist in menu planning, food presentation and meeting room catering service standards
- Deliver the highest standards of customer service and be the first point of contact for delegates/visitors
- Collate end of month department data and reports as requested by FOH Manager
- Undertake audits in relation to service delivery / offer compliance, as requested
- Manage the HMRC Matrix booking system to maximise occupancy rates
- Supervise & coordinate the corporate meetings within the Business Event Centre
