Sodexo is seeking a proactive and organised Project Planner to support our PMO and Mission Control functions. In this role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of our yearly cyclical programme, ensuring that projects are accurately planned, monitored, and reported. You will work closely with Project Leadership and Workstream Leads to maintain high standards across all programme activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across a wide stakeholder network.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct PMO / Mission Control across project work programmes.
- Take personal responsibility for contributing to the successful delivery of the yearly programme.
- Work collaboratively with Project Leadership and Workstream Leads to ensure smooth programme execution.
- Raise new projects on MSPS and QFM, updating templates and informing stakeholders.
- Raise and track Purchase Orders and Works Orders, ensuring correct documentation.
- Monitor OBC/SDR/FBC submissions and returns, recording updates on trackers.
- Produce weekly milestone reports, POWs, Lead Sponsor Reports, and monthly client presentations.
- Monitor the Projects inbox and maintain MSPS.
- Serve as the Projects Cabinet owner in DocuWare.
- Strong people, organisational, communication, and financial management skills.
- Proven project management capability to maintain the integrity of individual projects within the programme.
- Credibility within the programme function, ensuring accurate reporting for stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and maintain robust relationships across the programme team and wider Sodexo staff.
