Join a high-profile blue light services contract and help reduce energy use, water consumption, carbon emissions, and costs across a large national estate. Work alongside a dynamic graduate team and experienced property, engineering, and sustainability professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse energy, carbon, water, and waste performance data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Produce clear performance reports and insights for stakeholders at all levels
  • Support management of utilities and environmental databases from multiple sources
  • Assist with Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) to optimise building performance
  • Contribute to Asset Management Plans and support compliance across environmental disciplines
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve data and performance issues
  • Support training for client staff and building users on sustainability topics
About You:
  • Graduate honours degree or equivalent in Energy, Engineering, Building Services, Renewable Technologies, or a related field
  • Confident working with large, complex datasets and translating analysis into clear insights
  • Strong communication, planning, organisation, and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Power BI
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eligible to pass client security clearance
Desirable Experience:
  • BEMS platforms and AutoCAD or M&E design tools
  • Energy management, auditing, or carbon reporting
  • Knowledge of environmental standards such as ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 55000, ISO 14064-1, PAS 2080
  • Graduate membership of CIBSE or equivalent professional body
  • Level 7 qualification

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00
