What you’ll do:
- Lead and support cleaning teams across multiple Belfast sites, ensuring high cleaning standards and a safe working environment.
- Carry out hands-on cleaning duties, including specialist and vehicle cleaning, when required.
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure all materials and equipment are used safely and maintained in good working order.
- Conduct routine audits, quality checks, and health and safety compliance activities.
- Respond promptly to client queries, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and service satisfaction remains high.
- Train, coach, and support new staff, fostering strong team performance.
- Oversee rotas, holiday requests, and basic payroll inputs to maintain operational coverage and efficiency.
- Report building faults and coordinate with site managers to address issues quickly.
What you’ll bring:

- Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills.

- Competence with basic MS Office tools and comfort handling simple administrative tasks.
