At Sodexo, we are proud to support the Armed Forces at RAF Brize Norton, and we are looking for a friendly, reliable Inflight Catering Food Service Assistant to help us deliver high-quality service where it really matters. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you will work closely with military personnel, ensure aircraft are fully stocked, and play a key part in day-to-day operations. What you will do:
- Load and unload catering equipment and supplies onto aircraft
- Prepare and assemble catering items for flight service
- Operate vehicles on the airfield safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Marshal high-lift vehicles and support airside operations
- Communicate effectively with military personnel
- Support both front and back of house operations - no two days are the same!
- Respond to food and beverage enquiries and special requests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all catering areas
- Complete daily checklists and compliance documentation accurately
- Assist with basic admin tasks related to operational catering
What you bring:
