What you'll do:

  • Assist with stock control, replenishment, and supplier coordination
  • Conduct routine checks of equipment, facilities, and safety compliance
  • Maintain accurate shift records, incident logs, and handover notes
  • Train and mentor new or junior staff
  • Act as duty lead in the absence of the Lounge General Manager
  • Carrying out any other reasonable duties requested by the General Manager or Senior Management to support smooth lounge operations and organisational requirements

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, lounge operations, or customer-service leadership
  • Experience supervising or coordinating teams
  • Experience in high-volume service environments preferred
  • Food Safety Level 3 (preferred)
  • First Aid qualification (desirable)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
