The Head of EMEA Marketing supports the execution of Sodali & Co’s marketing initiatives, helping drive brand visibility and business development. This hands-on role assists with the EMEA marketing strategy for our three practice areas of Shareholder Advisory, Sustainability and Strategic Communications through campaign ideation, development and coordination, content creation, event development and promotion, and digital marketing activities, ensuring alignment with global strategies and brand standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and support the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across practices for the Americas region
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Ideate and assist in programmatic marketing materials, content creation, email communications and social media
- Drive and support local events including ideation, development, execution and follow up
- Collaborate with APAC and Americas marketing leads to ensure coordination and information sharing is seamless
- Monitor engagement metrics across digital channels and contribute to performance reporting
- Other duties from the centralized operations and client services team as assigned
Candidates should
- Have a proven track record of success supporting and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple regions, including content, digital, event, and social strategies
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones, maintaining alignment with global strategies while adapting to regional nuances
- Be an effective project manager with a track record of delivering high-quality marketing programs on time and within budget
- Be a skilled communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and translating complex marketing data into actionable insights
- Have experience working in or with professional services, financial services, or consulting environments is preferred
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members, foster collaboration, and contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and track marketing KPIs, campaign performance reporting, and data-informed decision making
- Be comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, dynamic environment navigating ambiguity and proactively solving problems
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 – 15 years of relevant marketing experience
- B2B enterprise or fintech experience preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including CRM, email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Knak), social media (e.g., Sprout Social), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Strong leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Thoughtful, intellectually curious, with a growth mindset. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on action and problem solving.
