We are working with an iGaming business to hire a Senior Business Analyst. You will act as a bridge between Commercial, Finance, Portfolio, and Technology teams, ensuring processes are fit-for-purpose, measurable, and aligned to strategic objectives.
Must Haves Skills:
- Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in process mapping, workflow optimisation, and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Skilled in translating complex business requirements into clear, structured process models (As-Is / To-Be), identifying inefficiencies, and delivering scalable improvements that enhance performance, reduce cost, and improve stakeholder experience.
- Experienced in facilitating workshops, aligning senior stakeholders, and bridging the gap between multiple functions.
