Socura Limited is seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to own the commercial relationship with our growing private sector mid-market portfolio across 500–2,000 users in manufacturing, logistics, tech, and legal sectors.

You will work closely with the Customer Success team to manage renewals and cross-sell opportunities. Based in Cardiff with hybrid remote work (3 days in the office per week), the role focuses on retention, reducing churn, and expanding account revenue through strategic upsells.
