We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design & Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves design, understands social media and wants to develop their skills within a fast-paced technology business.
We’re much more interested in your creativity, portfolio and ideas than how many years of experience you have.
The Role
You’ll help bring the Socura brand to life across our digital channels, campaigns, events and sales materials.
The role combines graphic design with day-to-day social media, so you’ll be creating great-looking content as well as helping us get it in front of the right audiences.
You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and commercial teams to turn ideas and technical cyber security topics into engaging, accessible content.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating engaging graphics and visual content for LinkedIn and other social channels
- Designing creative assets for marketing campaigns
- Producing graphics and materials to support events, webinars and exhibitions
- Creating and formatting reports, guidesand other downloadable content
- Designing presentations, pitch decks andsales collateral
- Supporting the creation of customer stories and case studies
- Creating branded templates that can be used across the business
- Helping maintain a consistent Socura visual identity across all channels
- Working with the marketing team to develop creative campaign ideas
- Supporting photography, video and other visual content where required
- Keeping an eye on social media and design trends and bringing new ideas into the team
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with strong creative ability who is keen to learn and develop. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A strong eye for design and visual storytelling
- A portfolio showing examples of your creative work
- Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar
- A good understanding of social media, particularly LinkedIn
- Excellent attention to detail
- The confidence to bring new creative ideas to the table
- The ability to manage several pieces of work at once
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Experiencein B2B, technology or cyber security would be useful, but it’s absolutely notessential.

You’ll be joining an ambitious, growing cyber security business where you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact.
Rather than being restricted to one area of marketing, you’ll work across campaigns, social media, events, reports, presentations, sales materials and wider brand projects, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and build a varied portfolio.
You’ll work alongside experienced marketing, sales and cyber security professionals, with plenty of opportunity to bring your own ideas, experiment creatively and make the role your own.
Salary &Location
£30,000 per annum
Hybrid - Cardiff (2 days per week in the office)
